We’ve been working on kite board construction and development for years, bringing you the best shapes for each style, so you can enjoy every second of your sessions on a great board.

This way we can improve our product and offer you all our experience with boards for every style, level and tendency.

 

 

MATERIALES Y FABRICACION

Present day materials give us the possibility to develop different boards with very different flex and an almost indestructable core no matter how hard the landing are.

  • Core: pvc foam. Know for it’s light weight and resistence to breaks, thanks to its flexibility and absorbtion qualities agaist vibrations ie landings.

  • Edges: abs sidewalls that give you a incredible structural strenght, but also flex and torsion throughout the board.
  • Lamination: we laminate on the shapped pvc with epoxy and fiber glass of different grams depending of the type of board. after this we add the pbt, a plastic material that gives the board it’s finish. the pbt graphics are printed on and can be designed for each idividual person.

  • Vacum and: after laminating, the board is left to dry and set for 8 hours in an oven at 47.5c with a very high presure vacum. Thanks to this we can compact all the different material components of the board, giving it it’s shape and strengh.
  • Finally we cut the edges to it’s final out line and attach first class accesories.

This board has a pbt finish( plastic snowboard material) with incredible designs done by our staff in digital quality. graphics are printed on the pbt, so won’t fade away.

    • ACCESORIES: PADS, FINS AND STRAPS TKO.

Our new graphics will make your board one of a kind.

If you want to you can make up your own graphics, with no limits on colours our fantasies...you can have what you want with digital quality.

Progresive flex, with variations depending on your style. you acheive the most flex with pbt.

This board has a formica finish with sticker graphics.

You buy a new board and you pay 485€

First you take a wider beginner board and as you get better we will change it reducing the size up until 6 months your first perchase.

So we will make you a board with whatever sizes you want…the ones that best adapt to your weight, level and riding style. remember that until you have some experience on the water  you wont what size and type of board is best for you, and this way you can evolve step by step without paying a euro more. 

This way you save yourself from buying a beginner board that you will want to sell once you have the one you like.

SURF KITE BOARDS:

Our passion for waves is soo big it’s made us develop kite boards specially made for surfing waves on your kite.

This is why we make our own models that have been developt thanks to our riders: German Peral, Gorka, Nacho Yuste and we don’t have to bring in other shaped blanks like other brands.

 

 

We work on our curves, concaves, edges, but most of all on our materials that garanty resistence against all the stresses produced by surfing waves on a kite board with new materials, lamination techniques and vacums.

  • SURF EDITION

The jewel of kite obsession

    • Core: shapped high density pvc for strengh and lighter weights. this way we get away from normal surf board foams that aren’t made for surfing with a kite, and end up broken.
    • Edges: abs sidewalls and special resines.
    • Lamination: this is where the big advances have been made.
    • Special fiber glass: unidirrectional 300gr
    • Pbt exterior: giving you a great finish with whatever printed graphics.
    • All laminated with epoxy and thanks to a strong vacum we acheive an incredible structural strengh, something that is imposible to do with traditional foams.
    • Accesories: tfc or tko fins; tko, cabrinha or b3 pads and straps
       

Very light surf board that you can count on being the strongest board of all the custom and production products, and thanks to it’s pbt finish you can have whatever graphics in digital quality.

  • SURF MUTANT

This is the best all round board that exists, with great flez giving it a very comfortable ride.

Great for riding waves, but allows you to ride both ways without changing your feet and has a solid construcction that will hold any landing you through at it.

    • Accesories:  tko pads, fins and straps.

  • MUTANT SKIM

Perfect board for small to medium waves,  light winds, skim board and a mutant that rides both ways just like a twin tip.
