Cold. Both water and air have temperature around 13º. |
Many Southern Ponientes, which come along with rain and rouge sea. |
During this season the sea is usually quite rough. With on-shore wind though is hard to surf any wave. On the other hand, whenever the wind is off-shore or side-off we can have a nive wave session.
If you are just starting up in Kiteboarding or if you like Freestyle check the hours of high tide, because then there usually is nice flat water lagoon. There you can improve your skill in a much more comfortable way. Just watch out if you see the tide is going back to low. . |
In Winter you will easily find a place to stay. Rates for hostals range from 20 to 25€ per night per person. If you are coming with a group of people we recommend you rent an apartment (people hire them per day) |

There is incredible night life and a great atmosphere, but if you do not like crowds you should avoid this month. Up until the middle od July there are people, but still no traffic jams to get to the beach or whatsoever. In September it is like that once again. |
